Cen-Tex Engineering partnered with MRB Group on a Mechanical system design for a new 8,5000 SF field house for the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor’s soccer & tennis teams. Featuring locker rooms, a multi-purpose room and store, the mechanical system packed a Daikin 25 ton variable refrigerant flow system with heat recovery and 12 individual control zones. Dedicated, outside air supplied with a 12.5 ton RTU with integrated energy recovery system was also included.
