LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue








Cen-Tex Engineering partnered with OPA Design Studio on this 4,500 SF full-service barbecue restaurant, the first brick-and-mortar location for LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue.
MEP design included kitchen mechanical systems with Type 1 and Type 2 hoods, including provisions for solid fuel combustion.
Plumbing systems were designed to support commercial kitchen operations, including grease waste routing and high-demand fixture groups.
Electrical design included power distribution for kitchen equipment and interior Architectural lighting to support both front- and back-of-house functions.
