Cen-Tex Engineering teamed with MRB Group to design an MEP system for the expansion of entertainment center, including a 3,300 SF cabana, go-cart barn, ropes course, sand volleyball and batting cages. Design also included site lighting, electrical service and a total of 735,000 SF MBH natural gas heating for outdoor seating.
